Boat Interior
There are only 8 cabins on the Philippine Siren. She can accommodate 16 passengers, and because of the small capacity, you will get personal care and all services that you can expect from a luxury boat. There are cabins with double beds and twin beds, so you can book the room just for yourself or share it with another diver, and there are two cabins that can be converted. The rooms on the Philippine Siren are very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, entertainment facilities, lights for reading, safety boxes, and hair dryers. In between dives and in the evenings, the passengers on the Philippine Siren liveaboard can spend time in the lounge. It is air-conditioned and has a cocktail bar, and you can comfortably sit and chat there with other divers on board. The Philippine Siren also has an outdoor dining area and a shaded sun deck where you can enjoy stunning views. If you would like to lie in the sun, there is another unshaded part of the sun deck with lounge chairs.
Dive Deck
The Philippine Siren dive deck has plenty of room for every diver on the board and lots of space to store your gear. Here divers will find rinsing tanks to maintain their equipment after dives. There are several charging points for underwater cameras, and divers can also fill their tanks with nitrox if they have that certification.
Safety
Safety is a major focus of the Philippine Siren’s crew. The boat was built according to Lloyd’s Standards, the leading international body of maritime safety standards. All crew members are trained to manage emergency situations. The boat has all the necessary facilities to ensure your safety on board: life rafts, life jackets, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, emergency long-distance radios, satellite phones, and EPIRBs. The team will explain the safety rules at the beginning of your trip.
Ideal for Photographers
The Philippine Siren is perfect for divers who like to take underwater photos. The boat has both indoor and outdoor areas for working with photos. There are also numerous of charging points and separate tanks for rinsing cameras. The Philippines are a fantastic place to take photos. The vivid, colorful underwater world with its myriads of different fish sets a great stage for unforgettable pictures.
Itineraries
The Philippine Siren liveaboard itineraries include all the most attractive and extraordinary dive destinations in the Philippines, like Tubbataha, Malapascua, and the Visayas. When diving at Tubbataha, divers have opportunities to dive with sharks, schools of fish, blue-spotted stingrays, and turtles. The Visayas trip includes such recognized dive sites as Apo Island, where divers can encounter whale sharks, anemonefish, and schools of sardines. The Malapascua dive sites are perfect for those who want to dive with thresher sharks and manta rays.
When to Go
You can dive in the Philippines year-round, but the best conditions are during the dry season, from November to June.
If you are looking for a combination of comfort, safety, and fun, the Philippine Siren can be a good choice for you. The experienced team can show you all the best dive spots, and with all the facilities the boat provides, you will have an amazing vacation
