At the time that you book a reservation (the “Reservation”) with a dive centre (the “Dive “Centre”) using Divebooker.com’s online reservations system (the “Online Reservations System”), Divebooker.com will collect personal information such as your name, telephone number, address, email address, payment details including credit card information, and details of your Reservation such as dates, and names of persons travelling with you. You are not required to provide any personal information until you make a Reservation

2. Use.

We will not use personal information collected from you for any purpose other than as follows:
(a) to enable you to complete the Reservation and to confirm it with the Dive Centre;
(b) to assist with communications between you and the Dive Centre, using our online communication channel;
(c) to invite you to write a review of the services provided by the Dive Centre; and
(d) if authorized at the time of collection, to provide to you notice of promotions, services, and products.

3. Disclosure.

We will not share your personal information with any party other than the Dive Centre with which you have made a Reservation.

4. Retention.

We will retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary.

5. Systems and Security.

We have and will continue to implement systems to protect personal information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification and disposal. Such systems include:
(a) limiting access to personal information to only those employees who require the personal information in the scope of their employment;
(b) using user IDs, passwords, encryption, and firewalls;
(c) when destroying personal information, using methods such as shredding documents and deleting electronically stored information; and
(d) storing personal information on secure servers.

6. Accuracy.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information is accurate and complete. You may request a correction to your personal information.

7. Request and Delivery.

You may request in writing access to your personal information, and will we use reasonable efforts to make the information available within 30 days of your request.
