The MV Maldives Legend X liveaboard offers a refined foundation for diving and cruising in the Maldives. Measuring around 40 metres in length and designed with four expansive decks, this vessel is configured to carry up to 26 guests across 13 cabins following a 2024 refurbishment. The décor emphasises refined craftsmanship and comfort, combining elegance with practical amenities suitable for liveaboard diving in Maldivian waters.


Cabin Types

Seaview Suites

On the upper deck, three Seaview Suites provide panoramic ocean views. Each features plush beds, ample wardrobes, modern amenities, and en-suite bathrooms with spacious showers and toilets.

VIP Suites

Located on the main deck, two VIP Suites include elegant furnishings, storage space, and air-conditioned comfort, each with its own private bathroom.

Family Cabins

The lower deck houses three Family Cabins configured for group travel or sharing, equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, wardrobes, and storage.

Double Cabins

Also on the lower deck are three Double Cabins with queen-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and comfort features similar to higher-deck accommodations.


Boat Interior

The indoor saloon on the main deck includes a lounge and bar area, furnished for socialising and comfort. Entertainment systems and air-conditioned seating allow guests to unwind between dives. The restaurant and bar serve meals and drinks in a refined environment. Outdoor decks provide sun loungers, day beds, and shaded seating for surface-interval relaxation.


Dive Deck

The dive deck is designed to support dive operations with ease. It includes equipment storage, camera preparation and charging stations, and dedicated rinse tanks for underwater gear. Nitrox is offered for certified divers. Tenders and dive gear rental are available to support diving activities.


Safety

Safety systems on the Maldives Legend X include life rafts, life jackets, fire-fighting equipment, first-aid kits, satellite phone, radar, depth-sounder, EPIRB distress system, smoke detectors, and emergency flares. Navigation and communication systems are robust to ensure safety at sea.


Itinerary

The Maldives Legend X liveaboard Maldives follows a rotating schedule of routes including Best of Maldives, Hanifaru + North Ari, Deep South and The Great North. These itineraries traverse Malé Atoll, Ari Atoll, Baa Atoll (Hanifaru Bay), and southern atolls such as Fuvahmulah, exploring sites famed for manta aggregations, whale sharks, pelagics, and dramatic reef systems.

Dive Facilities

Nitrox is available onboard via a dedicated system. Equipment rental, camera workstations, and charging facilities are offered. Dive tenders support access to sites.

Boat Navigation & Safety

The vessel is equipped with radar, GPS tracking, depth sounder, AIS, searchlight, satellite phone, life rafts, and fire-fighting and alarm systems.

Food & Drinks

Meals are served in a restaurant setting and feature buffet-style or plate service, including Western and local cuisine options. Snacks, tea, coffee, and soft drinks are available, and alcoholic beverages are also provided.

Onboard Facilities

Guests have access to a sun deck with jacuzzi and loungers, a bar, a lounge, and TV entertainment. Laundry service is also available.

Photographer Facilities

A designated camera station and work area are included on board. Charging stations and rinse tanks support photography gear for underwater shooters.

Upon arrival at Gan International, you will be greeted by our representative. While onboard, you will be settled into your cabin and given a full tour of the boat. After lunch, the entire team will provide you with a detailed briefing. Following it, your dive guides will provide you with a detailed briefing about all your dives. Following that, a check dive will be conducted.

Upon arrival at Gan International, you will be greeted by our representative. While onboard, you will be settled into your cabin and given a full tour of the boat. After lunch, the entire team will provide you with a detailed briefing. Following it, your dive guides will provide you with a detailed briefing about all your dives.
