Bismarck is a 46-meter steel yacht that accommodates divers, freedivers, and kitesurfers. Built in 2023, the yacht takes a maximum of 34 guests and has 17 cabins. There are two double cabins located on the lower deck, six twin-bed cabins on the main deck, and seven cabins on the sundeck that can be converted into suites or single-bed cabins. On the jacuzzi deck are two suites with ensuite. The cabins are all air-conditioned and have storage and charging points.

Social areas offer a combination of comfort and function. The air-conditioned salon is a meeting space, and the sun deck features loungers and a jacuzzi. There is a full bar and teak deck for added atmosphere. For entertainment, there is an audio-video system, and laundry service is available.

The dive deck is organized for efficiency with storage space, rinse tanks, and freshwater showers. Underwater photographers have a camera table and charging stations. Two tenders support diving operations. Nitrox is available, as are rebreather and technical diving facilities.

Meals are Western and local cuisine, buffet or plate service. Snacks and hot or cold soft drinks are available all day. Special diets may be accommodated with advance notice.

Safety and navigation equipment aboard includes radar, GPS tracking, emergency oxygen tanks, and life rafts. The yacht is also outfitted with AIS, searchlights, and smoke detectors.

Itineraries explore some of Egypt most renowned dive sites, including Daedalus, the Brothers, and Elphinstone. Wreck divers can witness the Thistlegorm, a perfectly preserved World War II wreckship teeming with life. St. John's has coral pinnacles and deep walls, and Sataya (Fury Shoals) has encounters with pods of spinner dolphins. Rocky and Zabargad islands provide remote, untouched dive sites with breathtaking underwater landscapes and strong pelagic action.
