Social spaces are designed to offer relaxation and social engagement. Meals and conversations are comfortably set in the air-conditioned salon and dining area, while the sun deck offers both shaded and open areas for comfortable lounging. One can have a drink from the wet bar or use a dedicated photographic center to review one's underwater captures, with charging stations and plenty of storage.
Onboard dining is characterized by its variety menu that fuses favorite American dishes with barbecues and local delicacies. The day begins with fresh fruits and hot entrees, while buffet lunches and chef-prepared dinners offer a range of options from seafood and beef to chicken, accompanied by homemade desserts. Dietary preferences are catered for upon prior notification.
Liveaboard diving cruises run Sunday to Friday, with five dives a day, including night dives. The dive deck is very spacious and well-equipped with personal gear stations, dedicated camera rinse tanks, and easy access to the water. Nitrox for extended bottom times is available. Safety measures are taken very seriously, which puts your mind at ease during dives. Fun trip!Verified review
Staff overall was great, though the communication by the captain could have been better and more precise. Especially around the reasoning behind choice of dive site. Dennis gave no mention of the blue hole while telling us we probably wouldn’t dive there, and that we would dive a new wreck instead. Then he gave no mention of the wreck and that we wouldn’t be diving that after the surprise turn that we were diving the blue hole. I prefer direct communication and I know many of the other guests were equally confused on the matter.
The trip is two days longer than necessary in my opinion. The dives at amberhead on the way out to lighthouse and on the way back to dock were actually kind of depressing with very little life on the reef. Dive time would be much better spent somewhere else or skipping amberhead and saving a day.
We decided to leave friday after arrival at port instead of spending another night aboard. Not sure why you include friday night on board, you should just end the trip friday upon arrival to port to give people more time to explore Belize.
Very glad Belize Aggressor 3 was around to tow us to port on the last day when our engine went out. Again, very little and confusing info from the crew about what was actually happening, no updates about the new eta to port, etc.
Food was incredible - very impressive.
Pre-trip info was very confusing and misleading. Would be helpful to have known for example that towels were provided on board so we knew not to bring out own since they were not included on the previous liveaboard we were on. Since we are traveling around Belize before and after it’s a bit of a bummer to be carrying around the extra weight/bulk.
GIS makes no mention of wetsuit, and it took a lot of confusing email conversation to get the information we needed so that your team could have the dive gear we needed.
These are just the points of constructive criticism. Overall we had a blast! Thank you!

Wow. What a boat and creVerified review
I booked a 10 day trip. I got lucky and had the master bedroom for myself. Super nice room. Big and roomy. AC in the room. Dvd player to watch movies.
The dive deck was great. Enough room for all of us and easy to dive off to. Under the boat was a big bar they lowered so you can just hang there and do your safety stop. After diving there were 2 hot showers to rinse off and you got your own personal towel after each dive.
Tons of food and drinks. After each dive there was something to eat and drink.
The sun deck was huge. Had a couple of cages at the bar that we could enjoy in the evening when the diving is done. Only thing too bad there was no shade where the sunbeds where. Only at the bar itself.
Crew was pleasant and really helpful. They were there to help. Always one divemaster in the water if you want to tag along and see stuff.
The dining area was big and roomy. Sometimes was the AC a little too cold. Specially when you came out of the water. There was big tv if you wanted to watch a movie and games to play. Fish books to look up stuff and do research.
The only sad part was that one engine broke 3 days into the trip. So we couldn't go to the deep blue hole.
But the boat is going to the drydock and it getting a big make over we heard. So curious what it's going to be like in 8 weeks.
But awesome trip; tons of diving (42), lots of food. Great people. Good times!
