Liveaboard cruises offering dives at the Cathedral

All about Cathedral dive site

Cathedral is a Belize wall site with a grand, architectural feel, shaped by reef cuts, overhangs, and blue-water depth. It can feel especially atmospheric on afternoon or night dives, when reef sharks, turtles, and macro life become more active.

What to see

Reef sharks, turtles, spotted eagle rays, octopus, squid, lobster, crabs, lettuce leaf slugs, nudibranchs, sponges, and wall fish may be seen. Night dives can be especially rich in small life.

When To Go Diving

December to May is generally the clearest and calmest period, while March to June is often strong for liveaboards. Water temperatures are usually around 26–29°C.
