Boat interior

There are several types of cabins on the Indo Aggressor liveaboard. Master staterooms have twin beds or one big double bed. They are located on the upper deck, which gives you an opportunity to enjoy the view from its big portholes. Deluxe cabins are large and comfortable and have the same facilities as the master staterooms, but these are on the lower deck. If you want to share a cabin with another diver, then choose a twin room. All cabins have private showers and air conditioning. You can comfortably relax after diving in the boat’s lounge. The Indo Aggressor’s social areas are big enough for every passenger on board. Here passengers will find an entertainment system, a TV, and a small library. Guests of the Indo Aggressor can lie on lounge chairs on the sun deck to take in the gorgeous scenery of Indonesia.

Dive deck

The Indo Aggressor dive deck has special facilities for photographers, such as a large camera table for maintaining equipment. The boat also has plenty of storage space and charging points on the dive deck.

Safety

The Indo Aggressor’s crew ensures safety on board. The boat has the necessary equipment: emergency rafts, life jackets, safety and rescue equipment, first-aid kits, etc.

Best for photographers

The Indo Aggressor goes to Komodo National Park, one of the most picturesque places. While diving you can see a variety of fish and marvelous underwater landscapes. This area attracts marine photographers from all over the world. The Indo Aggressor liveaboard has camera sets that you can rent. The big camera table and charging points will make your photo trip more comfortable and convenient.

Itineraries

The Indo Aggressor diving itineraries include diving at Komodo National Park and Komodo Deep South. You can observe macro life and dive with manta rays. The trip includes Makassar Reef and Manta Alley, two dive sites that are a paradise for diving with manta rays. In the south part of Komodo, you can see schools of fish such as jacks and bumphead wrasses.

When to go

Diving in Komodo is available all year round. April to November is considered the best season to dive in this area.

Taking a safari on the Indo Aggressor would be a great opportunity for you to have an unforgettable diving vacation with plenty of comfort, safety, and fun.

Indo Aggressor (Komodo Dancer) Liveaboard

A fantastic trip to Komodo

I booked a 10 days trip on the Komodo Dancer via Divebooker.com and this has been one of my most fantastic diving trips so far.

1. Divebooker.com: The Divebooker staff, especially Julia, was the most helpful and most friendly stuff I had the pleasure to deal with for booking the diving trip. The challenge was, that I wanted to book some days (10 days) ahead of the diving boats departure as I had the spontaneous idea to go on board of a diving boat. Julia helped me to sort out the trip itself as well as all the bureaucratic and administrative things around this trip. She appeared flexible and always friendly! Plus the divebooker website is one of the most handy and easy to use websites for booking a divetrip.
A five star experience and I am currently thinking of booking the next trip with divebooker.com.

2. Komodo Dancer/Indo Aggressor: I have been on dive boats before in different parts of the world, but this experience was so far my best. To be honest, the boat needs definitely a refurbishment and some modernization work. (I heard this will be done this summer), but for me this is minor if everything else is coherent.
a) Safety: For me as DM one of the most important things on board of a wooden ship. The cruise director gave safety instructions as well as the guidelines for any case of emergency, and told us where to find Oxygen, and any other emergency related equipment. The equipment was up to date as well as the first aid kit (which is not a standard in countries like Indonesia)
b) Cruise Director, DMs and boat staff: The staff was most helpful, always friendly and always thinking ahead of things that might be needed. The Cruise Director, Rob Morgan-Grenville, never failed to please and to keep the customer happy. He is an absolute underwater enthusiast which keeps him looking for interesting stuff underwater without loosing control of the situation. He appeared always professional and mindful, without loosing his sense of (black) humor. The divemaster were well trained, always friendly and eager to find cool stuff underwater, they also behaved very professional and safety oriented all the time. In generell, I could witness that the crew established some real good processes and procedures to gibe the best experience to their customer with a safety first attitude.
c) Diving on Komodo: Actually no need to tell, but Komodo is one of my favourite spots for diving in the world. It's diverse, it's challenging to dive, it's great landscape and colors, and it's Mantas.

A fantastic experience - Thanks!
