Ratu Pelangi Liveaboard, Indonesia

Ratu Pelangi a traditional Indonesian n boat made of super reliable ironwood. Friendly atmosphere and experienced dive crew guarantee a successful trip. The boat offers diving on Komodo dive sites and Raja Ampat with a smart price.

Boat Interior

There are 5 cabins on board. 1 dorm cabin for 6 persons and 2 twins located on the lower deck, other two twin bed cabins are on the upper deck. All staterooms are air-conditioned. 2 showers are situated on the lower deck and two are on the uppers deck.
Mikumba Ratu offers a nice and cozy open-air area on, to enjoy the great view and time spent in the amazing company of friends.

Dive Deck

Boat’s dive deck has all modern equipment. Two fiberglass dinghies with Yamaha engines will get you to the remote dive sites.

Safety

Ratu Pelangi crew cares about safety. The boat is fully equipped with depth sounder, radar, VHF radio, satellite phone, firefighting gear, first aid kit, oxygen and satellite navigation systems.

Itinerary

Ratu Pelangi offers to explore the best and most well-known dive sites of Komodo and Raja Ampat. Both of these destinations are great for macro diving. Pygmy seahorses, tiny octopuses and lots of nudibranchs are living in coral gardens. Raja Ampat holds world’s record of an amount of fish and coral species can be seen in one dive. Large pelagics, including rare wobbegong sharks, can be spotted. Komodo is also one of the most amazing diving destinations. It’s a variety of underwater landscapes and divers of fish. Napoleon wrasse and whitetip reef sharks, Hawksbill turtles, and many more underwater creatures are waiting to see you.

When to Go

Diving around Komodo Island is possible all year round. The rainy season is from November to March. The high season is from March to October. Raja Ampat is almost a year-round destination with a tropical climate. The high season is from October to May.
