When to go diving
The peak diving season in Komodo typically spans from April to November. During these months, the waters are clear, and the currents are milder, providing excellent visibility and optimal conditions for diving. The water temperature is warm and comfortable, making it an ideal time to explore the vibrant marine life and stunning underwater landscapes. Keep in mind that the park is closed during January to March due to rough seas.
Raja Ampat: Raja Ampat offers fantastic diving opportunities throughout the year. However, the prime time to visit is from October to April. During this period, the waters are calm and clear, presenting excellent visibility for divers. The diversity of marine life is on full display, with chances to encounter manta rays, sharks, turtles, and a rich variety of fish and coral species.
