Overall a nice experience October 2019Verified review

Some things need to be fixed like organization (we left marina as the last boat) and zodiac's engine, but the crew is helpful and dive guides knowledgeable. Overall a nice experience. P.S .Pls change the liquid you clean the boat with.It smells terribly....

not up to safety standardsVerified review

All the following issues have been recognized by the boat operator that informed us that they have been already taken cared of. Worst trip so far Cabin is bad and smelly as water get routinely in cabins from portholes left open by the crew. We've been diving in 12 people per DM, multiple times we lost people during dive, resurfaced because of loss of contact with MD or for other problems, DM only knew he lost people when we resurfaced. The large groups also impacted our ability to see shy creature like hammerhead that were scared by the large number of us. Both zodiacs and the spare zodiac engine were out of service for most of our trip and we've been stranded at sea waiting to be towed to the dive site or back to the boat at least 10 times. During one of the last dives we were left for 20min after safety stop waiting for the zodiacs and we were rescued by another boat zodiacs with sharks passing by to check us out constantly. Organization was terrible with no clear direction of staff and guests especially during dives with briefing that did not cover all the security issues we were facing due to not having working zodiacs. Nitrox was never at the same oxygen percentage probably due to incompetent technicians and awful gears on the boat (agreed upon 29% for the entire trip we measured and logged from 26 to 34). We had almost 10 o-ring blown up both before and during the dives and upon inspection we could easily see all new orings were of awful quality. We made it all alive and well at the end of the trip probably by pure chance. The only good part of the trip was the food: for each meal 3 salads, rice/pasta, two vegetable dish and one meat/fish As vegetarian we didn't suffer much like in other trips, indeed we gained some weight. Beer was pre-order and if you run out it's out. Not recommended

First for sure, this boat is not new, it have been renovated and not so well. We arrived during the evening and the boat wasn't finish. People worked until late to make some finals reparations. So during our entire trip, our cabin smell painting, our mirror was tape to the wall, it's impossible to stand under the shower, Every detail of construction is bad. However, for the price it's steal a good deal but don't expect to be on a brand new boat. The two decks are nice and the food is good. The crew is perfect and motivated.
