Lady Musgrave Island sits in the Southern Great Barrier Reef, wrapped by a large protected lagoon that gives the site a calm, spacious feel. Its coral cay setting blends easy lagoon diving with outer-reef edges, making it appealing for relaxed divers and snorkellers.

What to see
Coral bommies, lagoon reef, reef fish, turtles, rays, and seasonal manta possibilities may be seen. Named local areas include Manta Ray and Entrance Bommies, Napoleon’s Wall, and The Drop-off.
When To Go Diving
Diving is possible year-round, with May to November often giving clearer conditions and December to April bringing warmer water. Water temperatures are generally around 24–29°C, with visibility commonly good in settled weather.
