Kuda Thila
Kuda Thila, located in Makunudhoo region, Maldives is a spectacular 100m/328ft long thila. The top starts at 16m/52ft, coverd by hard corals, red anemons, crinoids, but with strong current, a negative descent is needed. From 20 to 30m/65-98ft there are lots of rocks forming nice structures, which inhabit many tiny creatures and at a depth of 28m/92ft there is a big canyon. he site is more suitable for advanced divers, max depth is 30m/98ft.

When To Go Diving
High diving season is from December to May due to dry northeast monsoon, and the worst period for diving is from late May 'til July. Air temperatures are about 30-32C/86-89F throughout a year and water temperatures - about 26 to 29C/78-84F, although thermo-clines at depth can bring a sudden rush of cooler water. Visibility varies from 20 to 30m/65-98ft.
What to see
Among marine species grey reef sharks, white tips, eagle rays, tuna, napoleons, blue fusiliers are common here, while on the reef top snappers, surgeonfishes and other reef fishes can be found.T
