The Emperor Seven Seas liveaboard, a 5-star diving yacht, delivers a luxurious experience for those exploring the Egypt liveaboard routes. This 41-meter vessel offers a combination of modern comfort and sophisticated design, making it an ideal base for diving the stunning waters of the Red Sea. With room for up to 24 guests, the yacht features 12 spacious, air-conditioned cabins, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms, a safe, and a fridge. Guests can choose between eight cabins on the lower deck and four on the upper deck, with options for king-size or twin beds, depending on their preferences.

At the heart of the yacht is the “Living Room,” a welcoming and comfortable space with numerous seating areas and a fully stocked bar. Guests have access to an onboard computer, allowing them to upload their dive photos while enjoying a wide selection of drinks, from soft beverages to cocktails. The large dining room provides a cozy atmosphere for enjoying three buffet-style meals a day, showcasing both local and international dishes prepared from fresh ingredients. One of the highlights is the open kitchen, where the culinary team prepares meals in view of the guests.

The upper deck features a luxurious sundeck, complete with spacious sunbeds and teak wood flooring, ideal for relaxing between dives. The sundeck’s Bose sound system enhances the ambiance, making it a favored spot for relaxation. Another popular area is the blue lounge, which serves as a shaded retreat during the day and a vibrant gathering spot in the evening. Equipped with a bar and grill, this lounge becomes the focal point for socializing, especially during the weekly barbecue, which features freshly grilled fish, meat, and a variety of other specialties.

For divers, the Egypt liveaboard offers a well-designed dive deck that provides ample space for preparing gear. It includes two cleaning basins for dive and camera equipment, as well as showers and toilets on the dive platform. Free Nitrox is available, and the filling station ensures divers are always ready for the next dive. The Red Sea offers incredible biodiversity, from colorful coral reefs to encounters with dolphins, sharks, and a variety of reef fish.

Great trip overallVerified review
I recently spent a week on the Emperor Seven Seas, and overall, it was a positive experience. The boat itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the crew really stood out for their exceptional service. The dive guides and crew members were incredibly helpful and friendly - as my pressure gauge malfunctioned, they took me into town to buy a new one and fixed it on my first stage, which was much appreciated. The diving, however, was somewhat disappointing compared to what the Red Sea used to offer. The fish density was relatively low overall. We saw few small hammerheads spotted from a distance. The coral has unfortunately suffered from bleaching due to rising water temperatures, which was disheartening to see. The highlight of the trip was encountering a pod of dolphins during a safety stop—an unforgettable moment! The food onboard was tasty and plentiful, which made for enjoyable meals after a day of diving. The one downside of the trip was a personal mishap—some cash went missing from my bag. While I should have been more cautious and used the provided safe, it was still an unfortunate occurrence. All in all, it was a well-run trip with great people, but the underwater world isn’t quite what it used to be.
