Prince John Housereef, near Palu, offers an easy-access Sulawesi reef with coral slopes, rubble patches, and calm coastal water. It suits relaxed dives, night dives, and macro-focused exploration close to shore.
What to see
Reef fish, nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs, pipefish, moray eels, soft corals, hard corals, and occasional turtles may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Central Sulawesi can be dived much of the year, with drier months usually giving better visibility. Water is generally around 27–30°C, with visibility often 10–25 metres depending on rainfall and coastal conditions.
