The dive deck on the MV DiveRACE Class X liveaboard is designed for the discerning diver who values space and efficiency. It features individual gear stations, dedicated storage, and wide steps for easy entry into the water. To ensure a truly premium experience, the boat utilizes custom-built HDPE workboats—nicknamed Dive RED and Dive BLUE—which provide unparalleled stability and safety during pickups and drop-offs. After a day of exploring mystical wrecks or vibrant coral reefs, you’ll be greeted back on board with hot towels and a refreshing drink.

Safety

Itineraries

The MV DiveRACE Class X liveaboard focuses on the most spectacular dive sites in the region. Most itineraries span 5 to 7 days, visiting the world-renowned Similan Islands, Koh Lipe, Koh Tachai, and the legendary Richelieu Rock. Longer expeditions often extend into the southern Andaman Sea to explore Hin Daeng and Koh Haa, or venture into the Mergui Archipelago of Myanmar (Burma), where you’ll encounter abundant marine life away from the crowds.

When to Go

The best time to experience a DiveRACE Class X Myanmar or Thailand trip is from November through May. During these months, the Andaman Sea is at its most welcoming, with calm surface conditions and visibility often reaching a staggering 40 metres. It’s the peak season for encountering "gentle giants" like whale sharks and manta rays as they gather to feed in these nutrient-rich waters.

Cabin Types

The vessel accommodates up to 20 guests across 11 elegantly furnished cabins, all featuring private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping.
