All about Wally's Wall dive site

Wally’s Wall is best described as a Great Barrier Reef wall dive, with coral-covered vertical structure and a stronger sense of depth. It suits divers who enjoy drifting beside reef faces and watching fish gather along edges.

What to see

Expect soft corals, gorgonian fans, reef fish, turtles, parrotfish, sweetlips, fusiliers, and possible whitetip reef sharks. Wall cracks may hide lobsters, crabs, and nudibranchs.

When To Go Diving

June to November generally offers the best visibility on many Great Barrier Reef wall sites. Water temperatures are usually around 24°C in winter, 27°C in spring, and 29°C in summer.
