All about Torfa Makki dive site
Torfa Makki is a local reef edge with coral slopes and clear-water scenery. It has the feel of a quiet southern Red Sea site, shaped by coral growth and passing reef fish.
What to see
Hard corals, soft corals, anthias, fusiliers, parrotfish, butterflyfish, blue-spotted rays, moray eels, and lionfish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Spring and autumn are best, with water around 23–29°C. Visibility often reaches 20–40 metres.
