Liveaboard cruises offering dives at the Submerged Rock

All about Submerged Rock dive site

Cocos Island
Submerged Rock is a Cocos Island dive built around hidden volcanic structure beneath the surface. It offers the classic Cocos formula: rock, current, cleaning stations, and the chance of big animals moving through deep blue water.

What to see

Hammerheads, Galapagos sharks, whitetip reef sharks, rays, jacks, tuna, turtles, and reef fish may be seen. The submerged structure attracts both resident fish and passing predators.

When To Go Diving

Cocos is accessible year-round by liveaboard, with June to November often stronger for pelagics and December to May usually clearer. Water may range from about 20–29°C due to thermoclines.
