Peter Island offers a mix of sheltered reefs, small walls, and wreck-adjacent diving in the central BVI. The island’s protected bays and rocky points make it suitable for varied profiles, from easy reef touring to more textured sites.
What to see
Reef fish, sea fans, sponges, hard corals, lobsters, barracuda, turtles, rays, and small macro life may be seen. Some nearby areas also include wreck sites and artificial reef features.
When To Go Diving
December to May usually offers the best visibility and sea conditions. Water is generally around 26–29°C, with summer warmer but more exposed to tropical storm patterns.
