All about Orange Beach dive site
Orange Beach, off Peleliu, combines reef diving with WWII history, as this shoreline was part of the island’s wartime landscape. Underwater, it has coral growth, sandy sections, and artefact-style historical traces in a setting that feels both beautiful and sobering.
What to see
Hard corals, soft corals, reef fish, turtles, rays, wartime remnants where present, sea fans, snappers, jacks, and occasional sharks along nearby reef edges may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from October or November to May, with calm conditions especially important around Peleliu. Water is generally around 27–30°C, and visibility can be excellent in settled weather.
