All about Octopus Rock dive site

Octopus Rock is likely a rocky reef site with ledges, crevices, and shaded holes that suit small marine life. It has a compact, characterful profile, especially for divers who enjoy looking closely into cracks and coral heads.

What to see

Octopus may be seen, along with moray eels, shrimps, crabs, reef fish, lionfish, snappers, rays, hard corals, and soft corals.

When To Go Diving

Best in calm conditions during April–May or September–October, though the site may be diveable through much of the year. Water usually ranges from about 23–30°C.
