Ras Lima is a Musandam reef and wall area with rugged rock, current-shaped edges, and clear-water potential. It offers a strong northern Oman profile, with steep scenery and fish life moving along the point.
What to see
Reef fish, jacks, barracuda, snappers, turtles, rays, moray eels, batfish, hard corals, soft corals, and occasional reef sharks may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Musandam is usually strongest in April–May and September–November, though diving is possible in suitable conditions outside these months. Water is generally around 23–30°C, with visibility changing by tide, plankton, and wind.
