All about Ras Musandam dive site

Ras Musandam sits at Oman’s far northern tip, where dramatic cliffs, deep water, and the Strait of Hormuz create a more adventurous dive setting. It has a powerful, remote character, with rocky walls and the possibility of larger fish movement.

What to see

Jacks, barracuda, snappers, batfish, reef fish, turtles, rays, moray eels, soft corals, hard corals, and occasional sharks or dolphins in the wider area may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best from April–May and September–November, when surface conditions and visibility are often more favourable. Water can range from about 23°C in winter to 30°C or more in summer.
