Le Tunnel is a site in the South of Mauritius. Immersion takes place in 30m/98ft tunnel. This site can also be dived at night. At this location divers can observe scorpion fish, stone fish, lots of different eels, grey sharks and others species of marine life. The average depth of the site is 21m/68ft, with maximum at 23m/75ft. Water visibility is around 15-25m/49-30ft.
When To Go Diving
The high season for this location is considered from November to mid-January and the whole of May, when the air temperature is around 26-29C/78-84F. The water temperature throughout the year fluctuates between 20-30C/68-86F.
