Merville Patches
Merville Patches is a site on the North coast of Mauritius. The depth of the site is 12-15 m/39-49ft. Water visibility is around 20m/65ft. Slight currents enable a good visibility and night dives are also possible.
When To Go Diving
Water temperatures stay at a comfortable level of 26-30C/78F-86F in the summer (October to April) and 19-23C/66-73F in the winter (May to September). Diving is possible all through the year.
What to see
This dive consists of a series of coral filled reefs surrounded by various marine life, including several kinds of moray eels, trigger fish, shrimp, stone fish, scorpion, large barracudas, clown fish, octopus and other reef fish.
