All about The River dive site
The River suggests a channel or current-shaped reef route, where water movement may guide the dive along sand and coral edges. It has a more dynamic profile than a sheltered bay site.
What to see
Fusiliers, snappers, jacks, reef fish, blue-spotted rays, moray eels, coral heads, and sand-channel life may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best in calm, manageable current, usually from November to April for warmer water. Visibility is often 20–40 metres in settled conditions.
