All about Seafan Forest dive site

Seafan Forest has the kind of name that immediately suggests its main attraction: a reefscape dressed in sea fans, soft corals, and layered growth. The site feels especially suited to slow, atmospheric diving, where the wide view of fans and the small details hidden between them are equally rewarding.

What to see

Sea fans, soft corals, reef fish, nudibranchs, ghost pipefish, shrimps, moray eels, and frogfish may be seen. Whale sharks and manta rays are possible in season, especially when plankton levels rise, but encounters remain unpredictable.

When To Go Diving

December to April usually offers the best overall conditions, while February to May may bring more plankton and stronger chances for large pelagics. Water is generally 26–30°C, with visibility ranging from about 10–30 metres.
