Glover's Reef Atoll
Pinnacles is best described as a Belize reef site built around coral towers or raised formations, where fish gather around vertical structure. It offers a more sculptural profile than a flat reef, especially in clear water with blue space between the formations.
What to see
Coral pinnacles, sea fans, sponges, snappers, grunts, jacks, angelfish, parrotfish, eagle rays, turtles, and reef sharks may be seen. Crevices may hide lobsters, crabs, and moray eels.
When To Go Diving
March to June is often excellent for offshore and atoll diving, while December to May is the drier season. Water is generally around 26–29°C, and visibility can reach 20–40 metres in settled conditions.
