Pedra do Meio, or “middle rock,” suggests a central reef formation between sandy areas or other rocks. It has a straightforward, structure-led dive profile.
What to see
Rock structure, wrasse, bream, octopus, conger eels, cuttlefish, sponges, nudibranchs, anemones, and small fish schools may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from June to October, when conditions are usually more comfortable. Water is generally 15–23°C.
