North Tubbataha is part of the remote Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, known for steep walls, clear water, and large marine life. It has a true liveaboard-only expedition character.
What to see
Reef sharks, grey reef sharks, whitetip sharks, turtles, manta rays, eagle rays, jacks, barracuda, tuna, sea fans, and dense reef fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Tubbataha is generally dived from March to June, when the Sulu Sea is calmest. Water is usually 27–30°C, with visibility often 20–40 metres.
