Jackfish Alley in Ras Mohammed combines reef wall, sandy channel, caves, and the possibility of schooling fish. It has a strong northern Red Sea identity, with dramatic topography and blue-water movement.
What to see
Jacks, barracuda, reef fish, soft corals, caves, stingrays, turtles, snappers, and possible reef sharks may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best in spring and autumn, while summer can bring warm water and strong fish activity. Water ranges from about 22–30°C, with visibility often 20–40 metres.
