Wreck
Hoki Maru is a large cargo wreck with a powerful industrial atmosphere, known for machinery, vehicles, and wide wreck structure. It feels less delicate and more monumental, with holds and deck areas that reward careful exploration.
What to see
Trucks, cargo remains, engine parts, hull structure, soft corals, sponges, reef fish, lionfish, moray eels, schooling fish, and encrusting marine life may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Year-round diving is possible, with the drier months from December to April usually offering the most settled conditions. Water is generally around 27–30°C.
