Gili Air Harbour is a sheltered harbour-adjacent site, likely better for easy diving, training, or macro searching than dramatic reef scenery. It can still be interesting for small life around sand, rubble, and structure.
What to see
Juvenile reef fish, shrimps, crabs, nudibranchs, moray eels, coral patches, seagrass life, and occasional turtles may be seen.
When To Go Diving
The Gili Islands are diveable year-round, with May to October usually clearer and drier. Water is generally around 27–29°C.
