All about Gale's Grotto dive site

Gale’s Grotto, on Grand Bahama, is an intermediate site in roughly 20–24 metres, known for a coral cavern that passes through the reef for about 30 metres. It blends cavern atmosphere with reef life, making it one of the more textured Grand Bahama dives.

What to see

Sharks and spotted rays are frequently seen, while the cavern itself may hold soldierfish and squirrelfish. Reef fish, sponges, soft corals, and small crevice life can also be found.

When To Go Diving

November to May is generally the strongest season, with good visibility and more stable weather. Water temperatures are usually around 24–29°C, with summer bringing warmer conditions.
