Empress Pinnacles is a wall dive near Little San Salvador or Half Moon Cay, where 9-metre-high pinnacles rise from the sand at the wall’s edge. The site has a graceful, offshore feel, with black coral on the pinnacles and pelagic life moving through clear water.
What to see
Black coral branches, pelagic fish, reef sharks, jacks, barracuda, eagle rays, sponges, and reef fish may be seen. The pinnacles are the main visual feature.
When To Go Diving
November to May is usually best for visibility and wall-diving conditions. Water temperatures generally sit between 24°C and 29°C.
