Anse Possession, on Praslin, is a sheltered bay area with easy island scenery and access to nearby granite reef sites. The dive profile is likely gentle, with coral patches, sand, and fish life shaped by the calmer water inside the bay.
What to see
Reef fish, wrasse, butterflyfish, parrotfish, rays, turtles, granite reef formations, coral heads, moray eels, and small invertebrates may be seen.
When To Go Diving
March–May and October–November are usually the best months for Praslin diving. Water is commonly around 25–30°C, with visibility often 15–30 metres when conditions are settled.
