All about S.D. Point dive site
S.D. Point, around Nusa Penida, is a drift-style reef slope known for clear water and current. It has a broad, blue, high-energy feel when conditions are running.
What to see
Turtles, reef fish, fusiliers, jacks, coral slopes, manta rays in the wider region, and occasional mola mola in season may be seen.
When To Go Diving
April to November is usually best, though water can drop to around 20–24°C during upwellings. Visibility can be excellent, often 20–40 metres.
