All about Nangyuan pinnacle dive site
Nangyuan Pinnacle, near Koh Nang Yuan, is a more structured Koh Tao-area dive with rock formations and fish movement around the pinnacle. It has more depth and shape than the island’s sheltered training reefs.
What to see
Pinnacle structure, fusiliers, snappers, groupers, reef fish, moray eels, blue-spotted rays, hard corals, and occasional whale sharks in the wider Koh Tao area may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from January to September, especially March to May. Water is usually 27–30°C, with visibility commonly 10–30 metres.
