Hin Raab suggests a rock or reef site with boulders and coral patches. It has a natural, local Gulf of Thailand character rather than a deep offshore feel.
What to see

When To Go Diving
Best from January to September for Koh Tao and Gulf sites. Water is generally 27–30°C.
