Aow Leuk is a sheltered Koh Tao bay with clear water, coral gardens, and a gentle reef profile. It has a calm, sunlit character that suits relaxed dives, snorkelling-style scenery, and underwater photography.
What to see
Hard corals, reef fish, parrotfish, butterflyfish, wrasse, blue-spotted rays, juvenile fish, anemonefish, and small crustaceans may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from January to September, especially March to May for calm seas and strong visibility. Water is generally 27–30°C.
