Masaplod Sanctuary, near Dauin, is a protected reef and macro site with fish-rich structures and sandy habitat. It suits both small-life photography and easy reef touring.
What to see
Frogfish, seahorses, nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs, reef fish, anemonefish, turtles, and artificial-reef life may be seen.
When To Go Diving
Best from March to June, though it can be dived year-round. Water is generally 26–30°C.
