When To Go Diving
The best time to dive at Ma-Asin Island is November to May. The peak season starts in late December and lasts until April. The water temperature is 26-29C/79-84F, which creates comfortable conditions for diving throughout the year. The rainy season occurs from June until September.
What to see
The abundant marine life includes frogfish, schools of jackfish, turtles, snapper, tuna, octopi, nudibranchs, cuttlefish, mantis shrimp, and ghost pipefish.
