Alona Beach Sanctuary is a protected Panglao reef close to the island’s main dive hub. It has an accessible, fish-rich character suited to relaxed dives and night dives.

What to see

Reef fish, coral heads, anemonefish, nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs, moray eels, juvenile fish, and occasional turtles may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best from February to June, with water generally around 26–30°C. Diving is possible through much of the year.
