All about Lighthouse Wreck & Reef dive site

Wreck
Off Nassau, Lighthouse Wreck & Reef combines wreck structure with deep-water tropical reef scenery, giving divers a mix of metal, coral growth, and open-blue atmosphere. It is often grouped with Nassau’s notable offshore wreck and reef sites, where photography, eagle rays, and lobster habitat are part of the appeal.

What to see

Divers may see reef growth on the wreckage, lobsters, eagle rays, reef fish, sponges, and hard corals. Caribbean reef sharks, turtles, and southern stingrays are also possible around Nassau’s offshore reef and wreck sites.

When To Go Diving

The strongest overall season is November to May, when the Bahamas usually has drier weather and excellent visibility. Water is generally around 24–29°C, with visibility often 20–40 metres in settled conditions.
