Kicha is a fish-rich reef site with the classic Solomon Islands mix of hard coral, schooling fish, and clear blue water. It has an open, lively character, especially when current brings movement across the reef.
What to see
Hard corals, sea fans, fusiliers, snappers, jacks, barracuda, reef sharks, turtles, anthias, and colourful reef fish may be seen.
When To Go Diving
May to November is usually the most reliable season, though diving is possible year-round. Water is generally 27–31°C, with visibility often 15–30 metres.
