All about Munda dive site

Munda is a major Solomon Islands dive area known for reefs, walls, caves, shark points and WWII wrecks. It blends coral-triangle biodiversity with wartime history and a quieter, expedition-style atmosphere.

What to see

WWII aircraft and vessel wrecks, reef sharks, barracuda, eagle rays, sea fans, coral walls, reef fish, nudibranchs, turtles, and schooling fish may be seen.

When To Go Diving

Best from May to November, though Munda can be dived year-round in suitable conditions. Water is usually 27–31°C, with visibility often 15–30 metres.
