All about Flinders Reef dive site

Flinders Reef
Flinders Reef, in Moreton Bay Marine Park, is one of South East Queensland’s most notable coral reef dives. Its isolated reef setting gives divers coral formations, colourful fish life, and a more tropical feel close to Brisbane.

What to see

Hard corals, reef fish, turtles, wobbegongs, rays, coral trout, butterflyfish, angelfish, and nudibranchs can be seen. The reef is known for coral diversity and busy fish movement.

When To Go Diving

May to November usually offers the most reliable visibility, while summer is warmer and more humid. Water temperatures generally sit in the subtropical Queensland range, with cooler winter dives and warmer summer conditions.
