All about El Faro dive site
El Faro, meaning “the lighthouse,” suggests a point or reef site near a coastal marker, with a slightly more open-water feel. It may offer rock, reef slope, and fish movement along a navigational edge.
What to see
Expect reef fish, jacks, barracuda, snappers, grunts, sea fans, sponges, hard corals, moray eels, and possible turtles or rays.
When To Go Diving
Best in calm conditions, usually during the drier or more settled months. Water is generally around 24–30°C, with visibility often strong in clear weather.
