The reef also attracts visitors who come to look at the staghorn coral (Acropora cervicornis) growing here in abundance. While swimming among schools of beautiful blue tang fish, in addition to the usual array of reef fish of all shapes and colors, divers understand why tourists flock to Dominican Republic from all over the world.
