Soma Bay

Soma Bay is a Red Sea resort on a peninsula located 45km south of Hurghada where closest airport is located. Soma Bay features some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Red Sea and great diving, with its house reef and a variety of nearby diving sites. The best dive site here are: Panorama, Abu Kafan (a beautiful reef plateau with a couple of pinnacles and large coral blocks), Shaab Sheer East (a crescent-shaped reef that shelters the Al Kahfain wreck), Ras Abu Soma, Tobia Arbaa, Salem Express Wreck, and many great sites further, like Umm Gammar, Dolphin Reef, Carless Reef.
